This session will discuss the Communications Act compliance requirements for CSG grantees and the CPB's certification guidelines. CPB staff will discuss the guidance that CPB offers in the certification guidelines of the Act’s requirements. This discussion will also include the issues that stations most frequently raise when asking CPB about the compliance requirements.
