Jeff Breslow is CPB’s vice president of the Office of Business Affairs. In this capacity, he oversees the organization’s negotiation, drafting and administration of grants and contractor agreements. After joining CPB in 2003 as a business affairs attorney, he served as both director and senior director in his division before starting his current post in 2015.
Breslow previously served as a business affairs attorney at Discovery Communications, Inc., where he negotiated and drafted agreements for cable television, expedition-adventures, large format (IMAX) films, and strategic partnerships. He also worked as a contracts attorney in the Office of Contracting at the Smithsonian Institution, representing the business and intellectual property interests of the Institution and its various museums. Breslow began his career practicing labor, employment, copyright, and trademark law at the firm Semmes, Bowen and Semmes.
Breslow is a graduate of the National Law Center at The George Washington University and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
