Jackie Livesay, Deputy General Counsel and Vice President, Compliance

Jackie Livesay is CPB's Deputy General Counsel and Vice President, Compliance, working in the CPB General Counsel's Office. In this capacity she works closely with CPB's television and radio departments, advising on and drafting Community Service Grant (CSG) program agreements, assisting with the development of guidelines, CSG certifications, and legal agreements. She also oversees all procurement matters, providing counsel on the preparation and review of competitive solicitations.

Previously, Ms. Livesay worked in CPB's Office of Business Affairs, where she drafted and negotiated agreements for the production of television and radio programming. Prior to joining CPB in 2002, Ms. Livesay worked for the law firm of McGuire Woods in Northern Virginia, where she focused on technology and oil and gas issues.

A resident of Washington, D.C., Ms. Livesay is a graduate of John Marshall Law School, now UIC John Marshall Law School, and Purdue University. She has been admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the state of Illinois.
