Job Description Summary
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll for WXPN, currently with 50 full time employees, 16 part time employees, and 3-5 students. They perform accounts payable transactions in BEN and make entries and run reports in the Sage general ledger.
The Finance Coordinator provides backup to the Accounting Clerk for accounts receivable duties, orders office supplies, and perform miscellaneous administrative duties.
The Finance Coordinator reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and is part of a five-person Finance Department. This position is hybrid eligible.

This role will also assist in the maintenance and operation of VHF television transmitters; FM radio transmitters, and satellite receive systems. The position is represented by IATSE Local 820 and operates under the guidelines of a collaborative bargaining agreement. Membership in Local 820 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) is a mandatory requirement for this role.
