Capital Public Radio’s newsroom continues to expand, and as part of that growth we are now hiring for a new, full-time position: a News Editor to join our award-winning team. 

The News Editor will play a significant role in shaping daily news coverage, in addition to developing feature stories and helping with special projects.

We’re looking for an experienced journalist who can:

General Stmt.WNIN is looking for a Donor Outreach Coordinator/Digital Funding to coordinate the planning, execution and optimization of WNIN’s Members Services fundraising program. You will be responsible for outreach to WNIN’s membership base and to WNIN’s major donors.  You will work on content marketing through all platforms of this multi-media station.

The Information Systems & Technical Support (ISTS) department at StoryCorps manages by a hybrid of both onside staff and a contracted vendor. As the Associate, Information Technology, you will support the Manager, ISTS in the daily operations of StoryCorps’ network and computer systems and provide technical support to the organization.

American Public Media Group

The StoryCorps Production department takes full StoryCorps interviews and shapes them into 2-3 minute, highly crafted stories for our Peabody award-winning weekly broadcast series on NPR and for our weekly podcast.

The Producer works on a team led by the Executive Producer to produce high-quality, original stories for StoryCorps’ broadcast series, to air nationally on NPR. If you have a passion for telling stories with soul, working with smart people, and doing meaningful work in a mission-driven environment, this may be the role for you.

The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for executing marketing strategy across KERA and KXT’s promotional platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, email and print newsletters. The Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing. S/he will collaborate closely with the Director, while enjoying considerable autonomy in executing the organization’s strategic vision. The ideal candidate is passionate about public media and possesses an exceptional command of all things social.
