Job Description:


KEET-TV, the sole service PBS station in Eureka, California is seeking a Sales Account Executive.  This full-time position, which reports to the Director of Development, is responsible for cultivating new business underwriting prospects, maintaining current business underwriting contracts and increasing existing accounts.

 Qualifications required for this position include but are not limited to a college degree or equivalent and two or more years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in television broadcasting; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff and station customers; and effective time-management skills.

The successful candidate must be computer literate and have excellent oral  and written communication skills. The ability to work remotely is essential, as is reliable personal transportation.

KEET pays 15% commission on collected sales revenue.  KEET offers a competitive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and Roth IRA plan. There are 12 paid holidays as well as 10 days of annual leave.
