This is an excellent opportunity for the right sales coordinator to join our team! Under the general supervision of the Managing Director SFPBS, The Health Chanel and Comtel Inc. the Sponsorship/Underwriting Coordinator is responsible for assisting the executive sales team with on-air acknowledgements, marketing, invoicing and data entry.
The main functions of this position will be to Manage On-air acknowledgments, contract and spot information, and secure placement in daily program logs. Coordinate traffic logs and track sold inventory. Handle all aspects of customer fulfillment. Including assisting with delivery of affidavits and scheduling make goods. Organize customer events and alerts. Help prepares and/or assist with contracts for Marketing Sales Representatives regarding program sponsorship and general support announcements. Assist Sales Executives with organizing marketing materials and creating customized sales presentations that will help executives “close business”. Prepare invoice requests and secures invoices. Generate post-spot placement reports in conjunction with invoicing. Handle client concerns regarding payments and statements. Assist with billing and collections. Enter sales data as directed into company software system RE or Salesforce. Maintain and update client records.
Ideal candidate will be a High school graduate or equivalent. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum of three years of television or digital ad sales experience as a coordinator or sales person. Knowledge of fundraising and event coordination a plus. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to create engaging, visual presentations using applications like PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce and/or RE Systems. Excellent organizational and record keeping skills. Excellent computer skills and aptitude. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to handle detail work with extreme accuracy. Ability to handle matters of a confidential nature. Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
