Join WETA’s dynamic HR team! WETA is looking for a Benefits Manager to develop strategic employee benefits, and manage and administer compliant, correct, competitive, and financially sustainable health and welfare, dental, life insurance, leave, and tax-deferred savings (e.g. 403(b), 457(b)) benefit plans and programs for staff of 300+, including members of collective bargaining units. Thorough knowledge of all state and federal legal and compliance issues in the benefits disciplines. Knowledge of and ability to plan and administer compensation program and processes. BA/BS in Human Resources/equivalent field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CEBS and/or PHR/SPHR Certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in benefits management and administration. Experience should include working successfully with external benefits brokers and vendors. Must be able to work at a high proficiency level in an HRIS.
