Job Description:

We’re looking to hire a Manager, Online Fundraising for our Membership Marketing and Development Services team. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day implementation of our online fundraising and engagement program through email, website promotions, and other digital channels. You will lead digital fundraising and engagement activities, and develop and implement strategies to support fundraising.

On an average day, you can expect to:

  • Work with department leadership to create an annual plan, supporting creation and execution of various communications.
  • Think outside the box. You’ll think of new strategies to enhance our digital fundraising efforts.
  • Write. You’ll be writing emails, landing page and other digital copy to reach fundraising and engagement goals.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and send results to key stakeholders, which include recommended strategies.
  • Collaborate with coworkers in other departments.
  • Plus, other projects/assignments as needed.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to implement our current fiscal year fundraising plan within budget and maintain our vision.

You must have:

  • Experience developing and implementing successful digital fundraising strategies.
  • An analytic mind, where you can make sense of reports and provide solutions.
  • Strong copywriting skills, particularly in fundraising and donor cultivation communications.
  • Experience building and maintaining donation forms, surveys, and other user engagement features.

You should have:

  • A college degree in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Four years’ experience, with increasing responsibility, in online marketing, which should include generating online revenue and/or online project management.
