WHRO Public Media is the largest local media company in Norfolk, VA with four TV stations and six radio channels. Since 1961, we have been at the pulse of pop culture, technology, current events and most importantly, education. The Front-End Web Developer combines technology and design to create engaging user experiences, and will help advance WHRO Public Media’s strategic objectives for educating and enhancing the lives of citizens in our region.
Education: • Bachelor degree in computer science, or an analytical discipline, or equivalent
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: • Must have a reliable ISP connection with any US service provider • Must have reliable cellular telephone service
Physical Activities • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. • Communicating with others to exchange information. • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. • Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
