WITF is looking for a fast learner and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist to work with our Development and Fundraising team. In this role, you will work cross-departmentally to enter and report on crucial data that helps support our customer service team. This role also provides administrative support using our CRM system and the Microsoft Office suite performing key functions such as mail merges, creating reports, and reconciling data. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as have a proven track record with using a customer database, working independently, and problem solving.
