WITF is seeking an organized professional with excellent administrative and people skills to serve as the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO. This person will provide confidential administrative support to the President, including scheduling meetings both internally and externally, preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and interacting with staff, board and donors. They will also serve as the secretary to the Board of Directors for WITF, a select group of community and business leaders. Board responsibilities include the scheduling of board and committee meetings and the preparation of board materials and minutes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tact and sound judgment. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years in an administrative role or comparable experience.
