WUWF Pensacola is seeking a Morning Edition Host - Digital Producer.  This individual researches, reports, edits and writes news and feature stories as part of WUWF’s on-air and digital news efforts. Stories require extensive research, analysis of interview content, investigative and verification work, and interpretation based on audience factors. This individual also serves as the primary Morning Edition Host. Supplemental commentary may be required when participating as an informed on-air source of content. This individual will also participate in on-air membership drives as well as station outreach events.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Journalism, Communications) and three years of appropriate experience; or a high school diploma and seven years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Knowledge and awareness of Public Radio programming and values; working knowledge of digital audio production techniques and software; content production skills are essential
Excellent speaking and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to operate technical equipment specific to radio, as well as a working knowledge of CMS used by WUWF, and experience in creating digital content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,  etc.
