In that context, the Managing Producer, Digital Media, will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s digital culture transformation.
The Managing Producer, Digital Media (Managing Producer) will be a dynamic leader, working across the Content Department to drive digital-first content creation and digital engagement, build staff capacity and capability to produce high-quality digital content on all digital platforms, and optimize content performance on all ideastream digital properties.
This position requires a highly creative, collaborative, innovative, and disciplined leader who is well-versed in modern, digital content creation, existing and emerging digital content platforms, data analytics systems and new digital products. S/he is also mindful and sensitive to conventional production platforms. S/he will embody a spirit of creative experimentation, while maintaining a disciplined and calculated approach to continuous improvement to the use of data and audience engagement to inform content creation.
The Managing Producer will be a key member of the Content Department leadership team which includes the Managing Producer - Community Affairs, Managing Producer - Health and Managing Producer - Arts & Culture.
