Duties include but are not limited to:
-Maintenance and development of daily station operations, including on air program scheduling, volunteer training and station outreach, all while ensuring FCC compliance.
-Nonprofit fundraising including budget forecasts, financial reports and grant writing.
-Oversight of two paid staff members and a volunteer staff of 40-60+ DJs.
-Local partnership cultivation with related media and business partners.
-Excellent regular communication with KHOL’s board of directors.
The ideal candidate will have both nonprofit experience in a leadership role, and community radio experience. Familiarity with FCC and CPB requirements a plus.
Salary DOE, flexible work schedule, some nights and weekends required.
