WETA, Washington, DC's public television and classical radio station is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate the daily scheduling of technicians and technical facilities in support of daily production activities. The Coordinator will ensure posted daily schedule is always accurate and up to date and in accordance with the IBEW CBA. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Unit Manager in determining accurate and equitable accounting of the billing for technician and facilities time, providing back-up support to Scheduling Manager and hallway staff along with performing additional duties and participating in special projects as needed.
College degree in Broadcasting or related field with a minimum two years of administrative office experience, preferably in a television production management environment or equivalent combination of education and experience is sought.
