Wisconsin Public Media (WPM) seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to serve as a strategic leader on the senior leadership team. The Director will identify and communicate the human resources implications in strategic and operational plans and align human resources strategies to proactively support WPM's strategy, goals, mission and values. This position is also responsible for developing, delivering and promoting best practices in human resources management and operations, and be an active participant in employee policy and procedure development. This position directs all activities in compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) requirements, as well as, staff development and training with a focus on issues specific to non-commercial media.
