Job Description:

WHYY is seeking a full-time Member Services Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least two to four years' experience in a busy in-bound calling customer service environment.


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including speaking, writing, and listening skills;
  • Significant experience successfully working in a customer service environment, using membership databases,
  • Excel, Word and Outlook programs;
  • Strong math skills and an eye for detail.
  • Previous supervisory experience, along with experience using social media in a customer service environment is required;
  • having worked in a chat environment is preferred.
