WASHINGTON, D.C. (September 21, 2021; updated September 28, 2021) -- The CPB Board of Directors will hold its annual meeting virtually on Wednesday, October 6, from 2-4:30 p.m. ET, and Thursday, October 7, from 2-5 p.m. ET. On the draft agenda:

- Chair and Directors’ Remarks
- Election of Chair and Vice Chair
- President’s Report to the Board
- Committee Chair Report
- FY 2022 Operating Budget
- Annual Code of Ethics Certification and Review of Conflict of Interests Policy
- Discussion of Calendar Year 2022 Meeting Dates and Locations
- Future Agenda Items
- Extension of Contracts (executive session)
- Update on Public Radio Interconnection (executive session)
Day Two (October 7):
- Reaching Youth Audiences – Next Steps re: By/With/For Youth Research Project (executive session)
- Review of Business Plan (executive session)
- Future Executive Session Agenda Items (executive session)
