The Executive Compensation Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 12:30 – 3:00 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

• Approval of Minutes (public and executive session)
• Personnel Matters (executive session)                                  

With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe this meeting in the Executive Conference Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
