The CPB Board of Directors will hold its annual meeting in Washington, D.C. on Monday, September 19, 2016 from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm and Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 9:30 am – 11:15 am.

• President’s Report to the Board • Committee Chair Reports

• Strategic Priorities and Evaluation Approach

• Discussion of FY 2017 Operating Budget

• Approval of Executive Session Minutes (executive session)

• Review Supplemental Schedules for the Proposed FY 2017 Operating Budget (executive session)

• Personnel Matter (executive session)

• Update on Music Royalties (executive session)

• Report on PBS Digital Content and Services and User Trends

• Review of Conflicts of Interests Disclosure Form and Code of Ethics

• Update on Spectrum Auction

• Update on Journalism Standards and Editorial Integrity

 

Day Two (September 20):

• Report on Local Station Engagement

• Discussion of Calendar Year 2017 Meeting Dates and Locations

With the exception of the executive sessions, the public may attend and listen to these meetings in the Blair-Killian Board Room, Corporation for Public Broadcasting, 401 Ninth Street, NW, Washington, D.C.
