WASHINGTON (July 19, 2019) --The Audit and Finance Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:05 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

  • President’s Remarks
  • Review CPB’s Tax Forms
  • Approval of FY 2019 Audit Plan from External Auditors
  • Review and Approval of CPB’s Proposed FY 2020 Operating Budget
  • Update from the Acting Inspector General
  • Review and Approval of OIG Operating Budget
  • Travel Authorization Process
  • Financial Statements through June 30, 2019
  • Future Agenda Items
  • Supplemental Schedules for the Proposed FY 2020 Operating
    Budget (executive session)
  • Personnel Matter (executive session)
  • Supplemental Financial Reports (executive session)

With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and listen to these meetings in the Blair-Killian Board Room, Corporation for Public Broadcasting, 401 Ninth Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
