Civics Collection on PBS LearningMedia

Using the curriculum design and production approaches developed during the creation of the US History Collection, GBH is producing Civics Collection for grades 6-12 on PBS LearningMedia. These resources focus on fundamental civic knowledge, civic values, past and present civic engagement, and application to student civic life today. The content covers core civics topics and addresses key skills such as analyzing information and arguments, evaluating and defending positions on public policy, managing conflict, communicating a position, and practicing active listening.
