Job Objective
The Producer, Multimedia Fundraising will design and drive TV, radio and digital pledge campaigns from conception, production and business planning through analysis of results. The Producer will coordinate the work of diverse internal and external contributors to these efforts.
Essential Functions
Nebraska Public Media seeks exemplary candidates for the role of General Manager & Chief Executive Officer who will lead the organization in envisioning and enacting vibrant public media in the state of Nebraska. This individual will also be the Secretary of the Nebraska Educational Telecommunications Commission and the General Manager of Nebraska Public Media.
Description: Performs technical & creative editing of long and short form programs for local, regional, national and international distribution, color correcting, and creating special effects while ensuring technical standards are met; Operate various technical production equipment for local broadcast and for national sporting events; author DVDs and Blu-Rays, and create files for external clients; shoot single camera video productions. Assist in setting up, shooting, and striking of productions.
Salary:$37,860.00 - $70,054.00 Annually Location: Richland County, SC

The Multimedia Producer for WCMU Public Media is responsible for creating high-quality content for television and digital audiences with some crossover to radio. This position also researches and discovers story ideas, writes stories, schedules productions, and regularly works in front of the camera in both live and live-to-tape scenarios. |
