ABOUT THE PBS NEWSHOUR

With roots in public service journalism beginning in 1973, the PBS NewsHour today is on a mission to bring balanced, in-depth news coverage to all. Northern California Public Media (NCPM) is currently seeking a TV Traffic Coordinator for the Television department. Based in Sonoma County, CA, NCPM serves the San Francisco region. Comprised of two public television stations, KRCB and KPJK, and one public radio station, KRCB FM, NCPM offers PBS and NPR programming to the community.

Overview:


Individual and event manager is responsible for the management of the Membership, Mid-level and Major Planned Giving programs, including cultivation, renewal/upgrade, additional gift, and online giving.  The major focus is insuring continuity and direction in donor cultivation and stewardship by building relationships with these donors.


The Greater Chattanooga Public Television Corporation (WTCI) seeks a creative and dynamic leader to serve as its President and Chief Executive Officer.  This person will report directly to the WTCI Board of Directors, will supervise the members of the executive staff, and will be directly responsible for all station activities and operations.


Wisconsin Public Television is seeking a Captioning Assistant to support all caption-related work, ensuring closed captions meet or exceed FCC and WPT caption standards, and creating journalism-worthy transcripts of WPT content. Must possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills, including mastery of English spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
