Becoming Helen Keller

This two-hour program traces Helen Keller's life from its beginnings through her life's work of advocating for changes in how society dealt with the problems of employment and independence for blind and disabled people, for women and the poor. This project includes a research and planning process for WNET to develop an accessible and inclusive education and community engagement proposal when the program airs in 2021.
