WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 23, 2023) -- The Audit and Finance Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet virtually on Wednesday, February 1, from 12:30 – 2 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

  • Approval of Minutes (public and executive sessions)
  • President’s Remarks
  • Report from External Auditors
  • CPB’s Investment Policy and FY 2022 Performance
  • Update from the Inspector General
  • Review of Financial Statements (public and executive sessions)
  • Future Agenda Items
  • Audit Contract (executive session)
