WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 31, 2023) -- The Audit and Finance Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically on Thursday, August 10, from 10-11:40 am Eastern Time. On the draft agenda:

  • President’s remarks
  • Review CPB’s Form 990
  • Approval of FY 2023 Audit Plan from external auditors
  • Review and approval of CPB’s proposed FY 2024 Operating Budget
  • Update from the Inspector General - Review and approval of OIG FY 2025 Operating Budget; scope of IG audit process
  • Financial statements through June 30, 2023
  • Future agenda items
  • Supplemental schedules for the Proposed FY 2024 Operating Budget (executive session)
  • Supplemental financial reports (executive session)
  • Personnel matter (executive session)
  • Future executive session agenda items (executive session)
