CPB Board of Directors to Meet on April 17-18, 2023

WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 3, 2023) -- The CPB Board of Directors will meet in Washington, D.C. on Monday, April 17, 2023, from 9:30 am-3 pm and Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 9:30-11:30 am ET. On the draft agenda:

 Day One (April 17):

  • Approval of Minutes
  • Chair and Directors’ Remarks
  • President’s Report to the Board
  • Update from NPR
  • Update on Local Journalism
  • Update on CPB Digital Transformation Program with Poynter Institute
  • Future Agenda Items

 Day Two (April 18):

  • Update on the Community Service Grant Policy Review and Consultation Process
  • Approval of Minutes (executive session)
  • Update on Next Generation Warning System Grant Program (executive session)
