With the FCC's approval of new ATSC 3/NextGen TV broadcast standard and the repacking of 149 public television signals, Meintel, Sgrignoli, and Wallace (MSW) is providing CPB and the public television system with expert guidance on technical, regulatory, legal, operational, and market transition considerations for ATSC 3 adoption; identifying opportunities to provide critical information and strategic planning assistance to stations preparing or considering this transition; and making recommendations on issues that may arise as stations plan their repacking with or without ATSC 3 considerations.
