Country Music Radio Engagement - WVPB

WVPB is implementing engagement activities related to Country Music, the eight-part, PBS series that explores the history of country music from its roots in ballads, hymns and the blues to its present-day mainstream popularity. WVPB is partnering with the West Virginia Humanities Council and is previewing WVPB's documentary In Tune: A Community of Musicians, produced by award-winning filmmaker Russ Barbour, and Country Music highlights in front of a live audience. Both documentaries air on WVPB in September 2019.
