This Collaborative Operations and Service grant supports the transfer of ownership and full operations of WOI, KSUI, and KUNI from their university licensees to Iowa Public Radio. Iowa Public Radio is consolidating the three licenses into one community licensee, owned and operated by Iowa Public Radio.
