KTTZ & KCOS Texas Operations and Services (COS)

This Collaborative Operations and Services grant supports the consolidation of Texas Tech Public Media's KTTZ in Lubbock, Texas, and KCOS in El Paso. Texas Tech acquired KCOS through an Asset Purchase Agreement in 2019.
