National Audigraphics Research Services Agreement 2020 - 2021
Audience Research Analysis (ARA) provides research tools and analysis of public radio programs and how well the programs perform on individual stations. ARA uses the Nielsen audience estimates to provide deeper analysis of the complex patterns that emerge in how public radio listeners use broadcast radio overall, the audience composition, minority audience, and other measures of loyalty, appeal, power and affinity of public radio's content offerings.
