PBS NewsHour: Weekend Integration and Expansion

This production grant supports the transition of all NewsHour operations under one production entity and editorial team as of April 1, 2022. NewsHour is integrating the NewsHour Weekend program into its editorial and workflow process to create a Monday through Sunday news operation for broadcast and digital audiences, with talent including weekend anchor and chief Washington correspondent Geoff Bennett, and digital anchor Nicole Ellis.
