Public Media Workforce Collaborative

This grant helps four stations -- ideastream in Cleveland; WNED/WBFO in Buffalo; Detroit Public TV; and WQED in Pittsburgh -- that have formed the Public Media Workforce Collaborative to leverage their shared resources to improve the workplace culture in their organizations. The stations are addressing common challenges and opportunities in workforce development and organizational culture, including establishing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a priority area.
