Public Safety White Paper

Federal Engineering, Inc. (FE) was selected through a competitive bidding process to develop a Public Safety White Paper, looking at the many ways public media supports public safety and emergency alerting across the United States, assessing the competitive environment for such services, considering the opportunities for additional service - notably those that will result from ATSC 3.0 and 5G, and consider any gaps or threats to this type of service.
