RTL 2015-20 CC-ELM: Detroit Public Television (Year 4-5)

Detroit Public Television continues to work within a local Community Collaborative for Early Learning and Media and serves as the educational media partner within networks of community organizations including early childhood educators and providers, public libraries, science centers, health clinics, and housing agencies that serve high-need populations.
