The Kansas News Service (KNS) is led by KCUR/Kansas City with station partners KMUW/Wichita, KPR/Lawrence and High Plains Public Radio/Garden City. KNS provides statehouse coverage, and an editorial focus on health, education and foster care, natural resources and climate change, and issues that affect rural communities.
