SABS-SAS Administration and Management 2017-2019

BI Solutions is helping CPB administer and manage SABS/SAS for the 2018 and 2019 CSG awards, including: launching and administering the surveys; providing customer service support to stations filling out the surveys, including training and help desk support; reviewing survey submissions and verifying the accuracy of data; and providing ad hoc analyses for both CPB and public broadcasting station's management and boards.
