Urban Alternative - Minnesota Public Radio

This two-year grant supports the launch of of the Urban Alternative format at Minnesota Public Radio across its streaming service, broadcast and HD2 channels, and smartphone App. MPR is collaborating with community radio station KMOJ. The Urban Alternative is an innovative public radio format that embraces contemporary music genres to appeal to younger, socially engaged, multicultural listeners.
