WYPR - WTMD COS Implementation

This Collaborative Operations and Services implementation grant supports the consolidation of WYPR-FM, Baltimore, with WTMD-FM, Towson, MD. WYPR purchased WTMD in May 2021 and Towson University has transferred its FCC license for the station to WYPR.
