Education Innovation Planning Grant: UNC-TV

Public Media North Carolina/UNC-TV will conduct research and development on a comprehensive statewide strategy to expand PMNC's Early Learning Services in order to provide the Friends, Family and Neighbor (FFN) network of caregivers in North Carolina's underserved communities with the resources they need to improve their child's school readiness.
